The package should arrive 2 to 3 days after the SHIPPING date which might be a day or two after order placement. This is not a guaranteed delivery time and packages may rarely take several weeks to show up. No shipping refunds will be given. UPS Next Day Air has a guaranteed shipment time. Your package should arrive the day after the SHIPPING date which might be a day or two after order placement. UPS 2nd Day Air has a guaranteed shipment time. Your package should arrive 2 days after the SHIPPING date which might be a day or two after order placement. UPS Ground has a guaranteed shipment time. This shipping time does vary depending on your distance from our warehouse in Kansas. Make sure to check our UPS shipping chart for the UPS Ground shipping times. UPS Shipping delays. UPS guarantees their posted shipping times to commercial and residential addresses. If the shipment takes longer than posted to arrive, the shipping is guaranteed. At your request, we will file a claim with UPS on your behalf. When UPS refunds the shipping we will pass that on to you.
